Want to attend the Symposium for free? Sign up to be a Day-Of Volunteer and help the event run smoothly.

We will email you to let you know that your application has been received and with further details going forward. Volunteers will be held to the same code of conduct as regular Attendees. Questions about this role can be directed to leftcoastsherlockian+vol@gmail.com.

Please read the below volunteer contract fully before submitting an application. Applications are processed on a first come first served basis, so the sooner you apply the better. Volunteers working 8 hours or more over the course of the weekend who complete an application at least 2 weeks before the symposium will be allowed to attend the symposium for free and not be responsible for purchasing a ticket. If you have already purchased a ticket feel free to volunteer anyway, we will refund your registration fee after the symposium. If you have any questions, please email leftcoastsherlock+vol@gmail.com.
